Order, payment and delivery
On the website of OrangeAudio you can order our products. On this page we briefly explain the ordering process and the payment methods you can use to order products.
Order
After you have viewed products and added them to your shopping cart, you can pay in the webshop. To do this, you can view your shopping cart and click on the 'checkout' button here. This will redirect you to the ordering process. As indicated in the shopping cart, we do not charge shipping costs when you place an order.
Once you have entered the ordering process, on the checkout page, you can fill in your details. We need this information to send the order. We will of course handle your data with the utmost care. Once you have entered your details, please check them carefully.
Delivery
We will fulfill your order as soon as possible after receiving your order. In all cases you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track your order. If our carrier does not meet you at home, the product will be offered again.
The delivery time for all orders placed before 6:00 PM with a standard shipping method is the next working day, unless there is a delay with our carrier. For orders placed on Friday afternoon after 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday, delivery will only take place on Tuesday.
We never charge extra costs for standard shipping of your order: we ship your order for free.
However, you have four different options for the shipping method:
1. Collect in store - OrangeAudio Mijdrecht (free). For opening hours, consult the up-to-date opening hours or make an appointment by email or telephone.
2. Standard - Ordered before 6:00 PM, shipped the same day with PostNL (free). Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday with PostNL if the products are in stock.
3. Evening delivery - On working days between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (€ 5.00). If you prefer delivery after 5:00 PM, you can choose this option. If the ordered product is in stock, you will receive it the next weekday evening if ordered before 5:00 PM. This shipping method only applies to Dutch addresses.
4. Same day delivery - Only if ordered before 9:30 am during the week (€ 10.00). If you order before 9:30 am (only in NL), you will receive it the same day. So even if you order between Friday 6:00 PM and Monday morning 9:30 AM, you can also receive it on Monday. Delivery is always in the evening between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Before placing your order, you must agree to the terms and conditions of OrangeAudio. After selecting a payment method you can place your order.
After clicking on 'place order', you can pay for your order in an external, secure environment of our payment partner. After paying the sum of the order, you will be redirected to the confirmation page of your order on the Orange website Audio. Your confirmation will also be confirmed by email.
Payment
After you have entered your details, you can select a payment method. These different payment methods are Piece for Piece explained in the next section.
On the website of OrangeAudio you can pay with the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay)
- iDeal
- Bancontact
- Sofort
- Klarna Pay Later
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
These payment methods are available none costs involved.
When you select a payment method, you can pay for the order in the secure environment of our payment partner after clicking on 'place order'. We do not charge costs for any of the above payment methods.
If you choose 'Klarna Post-Payment' you can pay for the products after you have received them. You will receive an invoice from Klarna and have 14 days after receipt of the goods to make the payment.
