Order, payment and delivery

On the website of OrangeAudio You can order our products. On this page we briefly explain the ordering process and the payment methods that you can use to order products.

Order

After you have viewed and added products to your shopping cart, you can pay in the webshop. To do this you can view your shopping basket and click the "Call" button here. This way you will be diverted to the ordering process. As indicated in the shopping basket, we will not charge any shipping costs when you place an order.

Once arrived in the ordering process, on the Payment page, you can enter your details. We need this information to send the order. We will of course handle your data extremely carefully. When you have entered your data, check it carefully.

Delivery

We will pay your order as soon as possible after receipt of order. In all cases you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can follow your order. In the event that our carrier does not meet you at home, the product will be offered again. 

The delivery time for all orders done before 18:00 with a standard shipping method is the next working day, unless there is a delay at our carrier. For orders done on Friday afternoon after 6:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday, the delivery only takes place on Tuesday. 

We will never charge extra costs for the standard sending of your order: we will ship your order for free.

However, you have four different options for the shipping method:

1. Pick up in the store - OrangeAudio Mijdrecht (free). Before opening times, consult the up-to-date opening hours or make an appointment by mail or telephone.

2. Standard - Ordered the same day before 18:00 with PostNL (free). Orders that are done during the weekend are sent - if the products are in stock - on Monday with PostNL.

3. Evening delivery - On workdays between 17:00 and 22:00 (€ 5.00). If you prefer delivery after 17:00, you can choose this option. If the ordered product is in stock, if ordered before 17:00, you will receive the next weekday evening. This shipping method only applies to Dutch addresses.

4. Same day delivery - only if ordered during the week for 9:30 (€ 10.00). If you order before 9:30 (only in NL), you will receive it the same day. So even if you order 9:30 between Friday 6:00 PM and Monday morning, you can also receive it on Monday. Delivery is always in the evening between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Before placing your order, you must agree to the general terms and conditions of OrangeAudio. After selecting a payment method you can place your order. 

After clicking on "Place order", you can satisfy your order in an external, secure environment of our payment partner. After setting the sum of the order, you will be diverted to the confirmation page of your order, on the Orange website Audio. Your confirmation will also be confirmed by e-mail.

Payment

After you have entered your details, you can select a payment method. These different payment methods are Piece for Piece explained in the next section.

On the website of OrangeAudio You can pay with the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay)
  • iDeal
  • Bancontact
  • Sofort
  • Pay Klarna afterwards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

These payment methods are no costs associated.

When you select a payment method, you can satisfy the order in the secure environment of our payment partner after clicking on "Place". We charge costs for none of the above payment methods.

If you choose "Pay Klarna afterwards" you can pay the products after you have received them. You will receive an invoice from Klarna and have 14 days after receiving the goods to make the payment.
