Complaints procedure
You can submit a complaint about a product as well as about the service provided. You can file a complaint by writing an email to info@orange-audio.com. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 7 days. You will receive a substantive response to your complaint from us within 14 days.
Do you disagree with the solution or can we not reach an agreement together? Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint via the European ODR Platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
