Complaints procedure
You can submit a complaint about a product as well as about the service provided. You can file a complaint by writing an email to info@orange-audio.com. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 7 days. You will receive a substantive response to your complaint from us within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl).
